We are a sea-side boutique accommodation offering bringing you closer to yourself, the waves and nature. Similar to a Bed & Breakfast Style stay with a personalized level of service and attention to detail. We are not a 24 hour service hotel. We have a small staff and specific hours of operation that coincide with the natural rhythms of nature. Our experience is not designed for people on a tight budget but rather for those that prefer the attention to details and high quality of ingredients in your food & beverage selections. You will feel at home, safe and cared for. Our property is far from a developed town which makes it intimate and secluded. We offer 4 main cabanas for rent to keep your experience intimate with a lot of space to distance yourself. Sometimes you may be the only guest but within minutes to the beach you will discover a social aspect with neighboring hotels and our neighbors that live in the gated community. We have a full service restaurant and bar with limited hours of operation. No outside food or beverages will be permitted other than snacks. The owner, Heidi Parker and her animals live onsite so if pets are not your thing then maybe this place isn’t for you?

Santosha Surf Sanctuary is an ocean view property walking distance to incredible beaches where you will find unique waves for all levels of surfers and a special tide pools and hidden coves. You do not need to be a surfer to stay here, our accommodations and the area is ideal for couples, surfers, nature lovers and people who have an adventurous soul. We have the only swim up pool bar in the área that offers creative cocktails and healthy food and fun vibes for the whole tribe! The culinary experience of Modern Nicaraguan Thai Fusion is holistic cuisine focused on organic ingredients sourced from the surrounding area and also grown onsite. We have taught our staff how to introduce medicinal ingredients and healthy oils into their already existing dishes and take that back to their community to teach others. We aim to inspire them to use the ingredients that grow native in their own gardens but are not being used or incorporated in the same way. Part of our purpose is to help them grow and adopt healthier eating habits. Using quality ingredients in a location so far away from the city means it’s not inexpensive but you will be impressed by the quality.

Sustainable eco-tropical architectural design. This construction is creative and elegant, a step up from your usual surf hotel and unlike no other in Nicaragua. Our primary focus has been on creating a sustainable example for Nicaragua using bamboo and other sustainable materials. Bamboo has never been regarded as a quality building material by Nicaraguans so we aim to change the perception in Nicaragua showcasing the amazing strength and durability of bamboo. We strive to teach our guests the art of simple, sustainable, balanced living. Please leave your first world expectations at home. Nicaragua is an undeveloped country slowly developing. We have built hoping to achieve many of your first world comforts as best we could. You may experience cold water showers just as the Nicaraguans do, the power might go out for extended periods of time with no explanation and the WIFI signal might be weak some days but the real connection is with the jungle and mother nature. Together, we indulge in life's simple pleasures and experience authentic cultural emergence in our lush, Nicaraguan sanctuary. We ask you to bring your own shampoo//conditioner and a stainless steel water bottle as we do not promote buying single use plastics. We begin each day by clearing our minds through holistic practices and surf, and end each day by pampering ourselves with nutritious meals and sunset therapy. We elect to join with nature by sharing dreams beneath a star-lit canopy and getting our hands dirty in the same organic garden in which we enjoy our meals. We don’t take life too seriously, yet we constantly remain grateful and seek personal growth. There are no "goodbyes, instead we ask, when will we see you again?”
